PRE-RELOCATION INFORMATION:
Prior to your move, we will gather all necessary information from you
regarding your needs and requirements for that perfect home. With the
given information and our extensive knowledge of the residential properties
in Singapore, we will then short-list the best suitable properties for
your viewing and selection upon your arrival. We make our choices based
on the importance of location, budget and your given lifestyle requirements.
In another words, we will tailor-make your housing requirements into reality.
All information can be forwarded to you via mail, faxes or Internet e-mail
for the faster previewing of the short-listed properties.
UPON ARRIVAL/HOME INSPECTION PROCESS:
Upon your arrival in Singapore, all viewing appointments will be made
for your inspection according to your schedule. We will also discuss all
aspects relating to any relevant issues in finding that perfect home for
you during the process. In short, all important issues and areas will
be carefully selected to suit you best!
TEMPORARY HOUSING ARRANGEMENT:
Often we find that some relocating expats families or individuals do
require short-term accommodation prior to moving into their new home.
This is sometimes necessary if the new home is not ready or our expat
client has yet to confirm the selection. In such instances, serviced apartment
with 1-3 bedrooms can be arranged for you.
DOCUMENTATION & PAYMENT PROCESS:
Upon confirmation, all documentation will be taken care of for you to
ensure a smooth transition. Application for utilities (Electricity, Gas
and Water) and Singapore Telecom will also be done on your behalf. Basically,
our job is to make your moving-in the least complicated for you.
MOVING-IN PREPARATION:
Prior to your moving-in, we shall ensure that your new home is ready
for you on your move-in date and time. All cleaning, necessary checks,
repairs, appliances, light installation, curtain installation, etc. are
properly attended to.
MOVING-IN TIME:
The importance of your family move is crucial to us. Thus we ensure a
smooth handover of the property to you. Your family's adaptation to a
successful relocation can never be overlooked. We understand the stresses
