International Investment Properties
For many years, investors from both Singapore and neighbouring countries have been investing in properties in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Indonesia, Thailand and other International countries.

Many of these investors invest in these countries for many reasons while some are for very specific reasons too. The geographic location where one investor puts his/her money depends on many factors and needs.

Many people invest for future retirement purposes, children’s education or just pure investment purposes for capital appreciation opportunities. For many years, many people invested mainly in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. However such investment outlook has now spread to other countries such as Spain.

Over the past years, a new breed of investors has also surfaced from the expatriates community. Many expats with their high income earnings have started to invest their money in various countries with high earning capacity or capital appreciation. Most of them are also investing in countries they are more familiar with or their hometown location.
